Shipping policy


Order Processing 

Local Made Goods orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order date.

Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location and the courier.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note that we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if your package has already shipped, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Shipping times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as weather or courier delays). These circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

Thailand (Domestic Shipping)

We offer free domestic shipping across Thailand on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

 

United States Shipping

We can ship to the United States, but shipping costs are higher than usual for us.

Therefore, we offer free shipping on orders over USD $300 typically arrive within 1–2 weeks (7-14 business days). For orders under $300, we’ll charge flat rate of USD $60 for all shipments within the US

Please note that the customer is responsible for any import taxes or fees upon arrival.

 

International Shipping

We offer free standard international shipping on every international orders - no minimum spend required.

Delivery typically takes 7–30 business days, depending on your location and courier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Local Made Goods is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package appears missing, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number, and we will do our best to assist you in the process.

 

Returns

To return a product, please email localmadegoods@gmail.com for detailed instructions on where to send your parcel.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning an item from outside Thailand, please ensure you clearly mark the parcel as a “Return” to avoid customs charges.
    • We will not be liable for any duties or taxes upon its return.
    • Failure to do so may result in the shipment being returned to you, or any incurred duties/taxes being deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Sale items and custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable
