Explorer Shorts - Black Sand

The Explorer Shorts are crafted from naturally dyed handwoven fabric made by artisan communities in Thailand. The fabric is created using organic hand spun cotton yarn, resulting in a soft texture that feels lightweight and highly breathable.
The Black Sand pattern is a term used to describe this particular weaving technique. Super thin white threads are woven into the black warp threads to create an illusion of sand like texture. The fabric is dyed in several layers of ebony dye and woven using advanced techniques by our skilled artisans.
The shorts feature an adjustable drawstring waistband and two side pockets with silkscreen logo patch on the front and “Local Made Goods” embroidery detail on the back.

Care
This item is composed of precious, natural materials collected across the region. These materials take months to create and require years of experience to master the craftsmanship. Please take good care of it. As you wear and wash your goods, the natural color
will develop and improve over time.
For best results, gently hand wash in water below 30°C with pH-neutral soap, and air dry. Alternatively, use a washing net and a gentle cycle for machine washing. Keep away from direct sunlight.
Do not bleach.
Please note : There may be slight variations and minor imperfections in each piece. This is because our products are handmade from scratch, and some fabrics may be more delicate than others. By treating your goods with love and care, the beautiful natural color will last longer and eventually become your precious.
