What is LMG Worn Department?
LMG Worn Department is a lifetime warranty service where we take care of garments that have been worn, used, and lived in.
We repair pieces from our collections to help them last longer, but not by bringing them back to how they were. Instead, we rework them by hand, adding new details and reinforcing areas of wear in a way that feels natural to the piece.
How does it work?
Every repair is done by our team, using techniques like patching, mending, and stitching, with fabrics selected from our own materials.
This service focuses on repair and reworking rather than product replacement. The direction of each repair is led by us to keep everything consistent with our language, while still allowing each garment to develop its own character over time.
Every piece from our collections is covered by a lifetime repair warranty with no repair fees and no limit on the number of repairs.

The design direction of each repair is determined solely by our team. Customers may select from a curated selection of fabrics provided by us, but final design decisions remain at our discretion.
The repair process takes approximately 30 days after the item arrives at our studio, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Step 3 : Return Shipment
For customers in Thailand, return shipping will be covered by us. For international customers, a flat return shipping fee of 35 USD will apply.
