LMG Worn Department - Terms & Conditions


  • The service is lifetime and available exclusively for authentic Local Made Goods garments.

  • Only clothing items such as shirts and pants are eligible. Accessories and T-Shirts are not included.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our studio.

  • For customers in Thailand, return shipping will be covered by us.

  • For international customers, a flat return shipping fee of 35 USD will apply.

  • All items will be carefully assessed before repair confirmation. 

  • Each piece is repaired entirely by hand, embracing the beauty of restoration and craftsmanship. Our repair approach is not about restoring the garment to its original state, but about creating something new. Each piece is reimagined through thoughtful details.

  • The design direction of each repair is determined solely by our team. Customers may select from a curated selection of fabrics provided by us, but final design decisions remain at our discretion.

  • The repair process takes approximately 30 days after the item arrives at our studio, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing time may be extended during national holidays or high-volume periods.

  • Customers will be contacted before any major repair adjustments are made.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages during transit to our studio.
